Huqa Entertainment developed the term "Entertainment Consulting". Huqa Entertainment's services aren't just limited to private clients, but corporate clients may take us up on television and radio programming and development. Also artist's may contact us if they are in need of booking a camera team. Television studios or concept promoters may arrange to have one of our affiliated broadcast trucks come out and broadcast there event on HD or 35mm broadcast cameras.

Research

Traditional event planner practices is to determine there clients needs and then start contacting the appropriate vendors. Then they will throw in some neat looking decor and call it your event! Huqa Entertainment takes it a few steps further. We research every possible element. From location to where our equipment is going to be placed. By doing such research gives our client a more dynamic feel.   

Creating our "Catastrophe" plan

 Anything can happen at your event. Such as a vendor can cancel or provide you with the wrong equipment. So to help prevent these, Huqa Entertainment creates a "Catastrophe" plan. If anything were to go wrong, then a backup is immediately available, called it Insurance.

Pre-Marketing your Event

 If your event is overseeing on how many attendees you receive at your event, a very strong aspect in the planning phase of your event is the pre-marketing. The better your event gets pre-marketing, depending on the type of show it is, We work with all major media outlets to make it to a success.

Traveling-Lodging Planning

 If you require traveling in your event, such as a tour, we will plan and manage out the flying schedule and the lodging booking according to your given expectations and budget. Huqa Entertainment gets access to over 1000+ lodging and Airliner discounted rates from variety of sources that not even your travel planner on your computer has access to.

Event & Deadline Timeline

Deadlines are made to get stuff done on time. Timelines are made to make sure every small logistic is running on a correct pace as the hour hand goes. We will map out a deadline list and even timeline ready for your approval prior to the event. If anything runs of schedule, then we will go in to disaster mode, and use alternative methods to make sure it does not create into a big scene.

Financial Reporting

Making sure people "Pay up" is a great deal for our clients. Our team will handle all invoices, sponsorship payments, and contracts. With a moving world of Entertainment, Budgets tend to shuffle to, and so will our team.

Site Surveying

 In order to see if your event is functioning to the will of the attendees, Huqa Entertainment will have a designated staff who will site survey attendees to see if they are enjoying our client's production. After the event, our staff will mail you a full comprehensive report which will help you decide what to incorporate in your next production and what not...

  In this part of the event management service is the transportation section. Our team will make sure the correct people are picked up on time and dropped out at the desire location not a minute late by determining traffic and Interstate Congestions.

To make sure there is enough soda or wine or beverage at the wedding party is a critical portion of making the event a possible success. Our team will make sure every bit of food and beverage inventory is counted up for and running on a stable pace.
